About Canopy - Up The Creek
Canopy's nod to the Norwegian origins of the kviek yeast or a tacit acknowledgement of the current situation? Who knows, or cares? What you do need to know is that this is a juicy, hazy, hop-packed delicious IPA. The Kviek yeast seems to bind to the hops and adds a wonderful spiciness. Delicious.
