This collaboration between DEYA and Beak Brewery is brewed with a light malt base, in which wheat and spelt made up a proportion of the grist. This thick and layered DIPA is absolutely dripping with dank tropical goodness.
Massive whirlpool additions of Strata and Idaho 7 were followed by an indulgent dry hop of Idaho 7, Bru-1 and Eclipse. This is the first time DEYA have used the Aussie hop Eclipse! Chewy, bright pineapple, tropical deliciousness - Lush!
