Imagine biting into a delicious juicy pineapple with sharp, pithy notes. Now imagine that same fruit freshly blended and packed full of the most amazing aroma you could ever dream up! That’s what Donatella's Disco Night is like- only better because you can actually drink it too. Probably Pressure Drop's favourite hop currently, Idaho 7 is a beautiful balance between tropical fruits (think: ripe oranges) as well as some more old school pine/resin flavours. They added just enough Bru-1 for that fresh pineapple zing while also sprinkling in the perfect amount of Mosaic to round out this DIPA perfectly with some savoury and dank notes.
